Do You Know How Important Alberta Conservation Is?

Conservation is extremely important to many Albertans. There are few true Albertan that I know that don't enjoy either, Hunting, Fishing, Back Country Camping, Sledding, Offroad Vehicles and ATV's/Motorcycles. All of these things often take place where nature is at its best.

Places like the Rocky Mountains in the Crowsnest Pass and Kananaskis COuntry. Places that are full of beautiful scenery, fish and wildlife.

There is also industry moving closer and closer to some of these areas that were previously only ever used for logging and trapping.

It is the Alberta conservation organizations that work very hard to keep the balance between all that goes on between nature, recreation and industry.

Conservation comes in many form, from simply education the people who use the sensative areas of our great to helping and restoring these areas as well.

•Alberta Conservation Association
•Alberta Fish and Game Association
•Alberta Game Warden
•Alberta Hunter Education Instructors' Association
•Calgary Hook and Hackle Club
