Want to catch fish with spinner bodies, jigs and tackle YOU made, Look no more, Here are the answers you need!

The first step to pouring your own spinner bodies is to have the mold and the correct hooks and wire forms for that mold.

The type of hook and wire diameter you will need to use is always stamped into the body of the mold.

Preheat the mold with a suitable heat source
Lay your mold out flat on the surface you are using.
Place your hooks and wire forms into the mold in the specified position.
Melt the lead in the melter. The lead will typically take 20 minutes or so to be suitable tempurature
Once lead is melted pour into the gates on the closed mold.
Wait for the mold to cool
Remove spinner bodies from the mold
Trim the Sprue from the mold
Paint your freshly molded spinners with paint or powder coat.
Install spinner blades
Dress your new lures however your imagination will let you.

There are two main types of spinnerbait wire forms, they are the "R" bend and Closed Loop forms. What form you want to use is up to you. I prefer the "R" Bend forms.

Northland Baitfish Image? Holographic Spinner Blades

From the heart of Walleye Country comes a legend in the heart of walleye anglers everywhere. Northland Fishing Tackle, Bemidji, Minnesota, has been making innovative walleye jigs and rigging components for nearly a quarter of a century. From the beginning, founder John Peterson and a host of other PWT pros have worked together to develop the most innovative line of quality walleye tackle in the world. Today, it's no stretch to say that more walleyes have been taken on Northland jigs and rigs than on any other line of walleye tackle. These Holographic spinner blades are hot off the PWT, these flashy blades "match the hatch" with realistic baitfish images. The holographic finishes and lifelike scale patterns mimic natural minnow forage, bringing game fish in to investigate. 3 pk. Made in USA.
